DAY 01: ARRIVAL MUSCAT.
You will arrive at the Muscat International Airport. Upon your arrival you proceed straight to the Immigration. Immigration & customs are quick & simple. Upon arrival at the General arrival lounge you will be met by our representative who will assist you to our vehicle to drive you the hotel. Overnight stay at Muscat Hotel
DAY 02: FULL DAY MUSCAT CITY TOUR
Morning after breakfast, you will be met at the hotel for a full day City Tour. The tour begins with a visit to the beautiful Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque one of the largest mosques in the Middle East. Later you drive to visit Seeb fish Market. There after drive to Natural History Museum, exhibiting the wealth of Oman’s history and thus imparting knowledge about the country’s rich culture and traditions to the visitor. Afternoon, drive to Qantab, One of the pristine beaches in Muscat. Later you drive along the picturesque Corniche to the once walled district Muscat. Visit Bait Al Zubair Museum. You will have photo stops at the residence of his Majesty Sultan Qaboos, the Al Alam Palace, which is flanked by the 16th century Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. Evening you will be strolling through Muttrah Souq, where you will be bargaining for handicrafts and silver items.

DAY 03: MUSCAT- BARKA – NAKHAL FORT- HOT SPRING – WADI BANI AWF
This morning after breakfast, we embark on an exciting 4WD journey through the mountains. Our first stop is the hot springs at Nakhal. We then drive through the spectacular Wadi Bani Auf. The route down Wadi Bani Auf is one of the Arabia’s great 4WD adventures and includes a visit to the village of Bilad Sait, a remote fortress village in the heart of the mountain range. These living landscapes are better than spectacular. The route winds through mountains all the way unto the village of Al Hamra characterized by its mud houses and date plantations. Later drive to the View for your overnight stay

DAY 04: AL HAMRA – MISFAH – JEBEL SHAMS – JABREEN – NIZWA
After breakfast visit Al Hamra and Misfah village. The traditional mud houses dated back from 400 years are still occupied. The falaj system used in this village is one of the oldest of its kind (UNESCO site). Later drive to Jebel Shams “Sun Mountain”, Oman’s highest peak, 3009 m. The cooler temperatures will surprise you as you reach the top to get a spectacular view of the “Grand Canyon”.
Pause for lunch at Jebel Shams before returning to Nizwa via Jabreen. Visit Jabreen Fort then you proceed to Jabrin castle, built in 17th century and one of the finest of its kind. Its magnificent plasterwork, the carved doors and the painted wooden beams of the ceilings makes this castle amazingly different. After visit to Jabreen, drive to your hotel in Nizwa for your overnight stay.

DAY 05: NIZWA – BIRKAT AL MAUZ – JABEL AKHDAR
After breakfast, visit the powerful Nizwa Fort with its massive Circular Cannon Tower, one of the most impressive forts in Oman and the traditional Souq. Thereafter continue to Bahla, one of the oldest small towns of Oman and in the 12th century the capital of the tribe living in the region. Later proceed towards Tanuf. Visit the ruins of Old Tanuf, a relic from bombings during the Jabal War. Walk in the middle of this palm plantation in Birkat Al Mauz and visit the old village where you can see the mud houses. The view point will give you the opportunity to take a great picture of Oman’s natural beauty. Visit Jabel Akhdar or “Green Mountain” – This mountain offers discovery and adventure. Experience a sense of awe as you witness nature’s primordial beauty as seen in the soaring peeks and plunging canyons. The rise of terraces on extremely steep mountain slopes – there is a trek that goes from one village to another through the terraces and along the falaj system. There is a splendid view of the hanging terraces and continue to the villages of Saiq, Wadi Bani Habib (the village of the old houses) & Al Ain dot the landscape. The villages overlook a spectacular landscape of dramatic peaks, gorges and wadis. The roses of Jabal Al Akhdar fill the air with fragrance when in full bloom (March / April). Rose water is distilled in the homes of the villagers.

DAY 06: JABEL AKHDAR – WADI BANI KHALID – WAHIBA SANDS
After breakfast at hotel proceed towards Wadi Bani Khalid one of Oman’s most beautiful wadis. The wadi has clear deep blue water and counts among the few wadis of Oman that hold water all year round. From the mountain springs, the water is led to the oasis where it sustains the typical date palms. The pretty villages of Wadi Bani Khalid cling precariously to the rugged mountainside. Then we proceed to Wahiba Sands, a vast mass of undulating dunes rising up to 200 meters and stretching as far as the eye can see. It is also a host to a variety of flora and fauna and one of the largest areas of pure sand desert in the world and the traditional home of the nomadic Bedouin. Camels are a common sight moving through the sands. Evening watch spectacular sunset from top of the dunes.

DAY 07: WAHIBA SANDS – BEDOUIN – SUR-DHOW BUILDING – RAS AL HADD-TURTLES
After breakfast, leave the golden sand dunes behind you visit one of Bedouin family then your next stop will be in Sur, another town famous for its trading and Dhow Building Yard. The sheltered lagoon is a perfect picture. The turtles come to lay their eggs at night and this experience is a memorable one.

DAY 08: RAS AL HADD – AL AYJA VILLAGE- QALAHAT – WADI TAWI-FINS BEACH
After Breakfast at camp start an incredible journey. Start the tour by going towards Al Ayja Village in Sur then tour will continue to Qalhat famous for its history of exports to and imports of spices from India. Looking over at Qalhat is the Bibi Mariam Tomb stop for photo (closed for archaeological searches). You will then stop and enter Wadi Tiwi with its green pools and lush plantations.

DAY 09: WADI SHAB- BIMMA SINKHOLE- WADI ARBAEEN-MUSCAT
After Breakfast in Hotel tour proceed to Wadi Shab which means a “wadi between the cliffs”, enjoy a Trek through the wadi, (approx. 45 minutes trek) Trekking shoes are strongly recommended. Going up the wadi you will soon see pools appearing before you and you may also enjoy a refreshing swim in those pools. After relaxing time in the wadi, trek back and continue to Muscat with a stop at Bimah sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with inviting blue-green water, concrete steps lead down the side making swimming possible. Proceed to Muscat via Quriyat and check into the hotel of your choice.

DAY 10: MUSCAT DEPARTURE
Breakfast at leisure, then transfer from hotel to airport for final departure.

- All current applicable taxes have been included while quoting. If there is any increase in government levies, existing tax structure, accommodation rates extended by respective hotels, hike in the fuel prices or air fare, etc. will be charged extra as applicable at the time of travel.
